Operations Manager - Mobility Services M/V/X

MUTE Garage is looking for an experienced Operations Manager to lead and structure the daily operations of its electric scooter subscription business in Belgium.

This is a hands-on operational leadership role combining:
. fleet operations
. logistics
. customer operations
. workshop management
. administrative control

The role is based full-time on-site in Grimbergen and reports directly to the COO.

Key responsibilities include:
. managing workshop and fleet operations
. coordinating logistics and field services
. supervising drivers, mobile technicians, and mechanics
. overseeing customer operations and issue resolution
. managing insurance claims, traffic fines, and vehicle registrations
. monitoring operational KPIs and improving efficiency
. organizing staff planning and operational continuity

This role is focused on execution, operational discipline, and daily management of the business.

Jouw profiel

. Minimum 8 years of total work experience
. Minimum 5 years in operations, logistics, fleet management, workshop operations, or technical service environments
. Strong organizational and execution capabilities
. Experience managing operational teams
. Strong communication skills across departments and functions
. Comfortable working in a fast-paced operational environment
. Technical understanding of vehicles or fleet operations is an advantage
. Comfortable with Excel, Google Drive, and digital operational tools
. Strong sense of ownership, discipline, and accountability
