Beschrijving van de functie

As a key member of the marketing team, the Senior Brand Manager will act as the true owner of his brand, combining strategic thinking with hands-on execution.

• Define and lead the brand strategy to drive sustainable growth and market share
• Translate consumer and market insights into impactful marketing plans
• Manage product launches and innovations from concept to in-market execution
• Develop and execute 360 campaigns (ATL, BTL, digital, in-store activation)
• Collaborate closely with Sales teams to ensure strong go-to-market execution and visibility at retail level
• Monitor brand performance (Nielsen, market data, ROI) and optimize accordingly
• Manage budgets and ensure efficient allocation of resources
• Lead and develop junior team members or cross-functional project teams

Jouw profiel

• 5-8+ years of experience in Brand Management within FMCG
• Strong track record in driving brand growth and innovation launches
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to turn insights into action
• Excellent stakeholder management and project leadership skills
• Hands-on, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
• Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
