We are looking for a Business Controller to join a fast-growing international company composed of several entities across Europe, with its main entity based in Belgium. The company is a distributor of dental products, consumables, equipment, and related services, operating across the European market.

This is a newly created position, offering a unique opportunity to structure and develop the controlling function within the group. We are looking for an assertive individual who enjoys taking initiative and implementing solid and efficient structures. You will play a key role in improving and modernizing existing tools, with real ownership and autonomy to drive change.

Beschrijving van de functie

• Reports directly to the CFO
• Monitor and analyze the financial performance of the group's different entities
• Prepare and structure monthly reporting for business leaders and external stakeholders
• Develop and enhance dashboards and KPIs to effectively track performance
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes in collaboration with operational teams
• Perform margin analysis to identify improvement opportunities
• Analyze variances (budget vs. actuals) and propose concrete corrective actions
• Work closely with business leaders to support decision-making and drive performance
• Contribute to the standardization and optimization of financial processes
• Monitor financial risks and implement appropriate management tools

Jouw profiel

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Controller or Data Analyst, ideally from a commercial environment with high volume of transactions and products.
• Experience in corporate environments or in PE owned companies is a strong asset
• Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret and challenge figures
• Assertive personality, with a proactive and creative approach to building and structuring processes
• Strong commercial drive, with a clear business and performance orientation
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective business relations
• Flexible, stress-resistant, and able to thrive in a dynamic environment
• Fluent in French and English (Dutch is a plus)
