As Operations Research Engineer, you are the architect who makes our business operations run like clockwork. With comprehensive know-how of Amnovis' organizational structure and processes, you identify and implement the processes that define our operational excellence.

You have a fundamental understanding of supply chain and business processes, and know how to streamline the information flows that are necessary for reliable and scalable operations. Additionally, you are knowledgeable about the state-of-the-art methods in manufacturing industry, and are excited to get hands-on with the selection, implementation and configuration of pragmatic, added-value tools.

Put simply, you are the catalyst that makes our manufacturing organization flow and grow in a lean and sustainable way.

Your Tasks

• Develop and manage dashboards for monitoring relevant operational metrics and KPIs
• Optimize existing business processes, and automate them wherever valuable
• Identify and implement tools that support decision making in an S&OP context
• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, and lead the implementation of these improvements
• Manage optimal configuration and daily use of ERP & MES systems
• Stay up to date on the state-of-the-art in business data processing

Your Responsibilities

• Operational data and information flows are controlled to support thorough decision making
• Efficient and reliable ERP & MES systems are available and continuously improved to cover all relevant processes
• S&OP processes are gradually developed and implemented
• Operational excellence and continuous improvement are managed as an inherent part of our business process organization
• Amnovis' operational excellence scales with the company in a structured and sustainable way

Jouw profiel

• You have a bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Engineering, or Industrial Engineering. A master's degree, or equivalent through experience, is preferred
• You have 4 - 7 years of relevant experience, ideally in a small-scale manufacturing environment
• You have a thorough understanding of the various supply chain processes, and know how to put them in practice
• You have hands-on experience with the implementation of S&OP
• You are knowledgeable about ERP & MES systems, experience with Odoo is a plus
• You grasp the importance of data integrity, and know how to ensure it across information flows
• You can seamlessly switch between hands-on operational tasks and tactical solution design
• You have a proactive and solution-oriented mindset
• You have professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken
• You have a no-nonsense entrepreneurial mindset
