PLC Software Engineer M/V/X

Our client is a multinational company active in the design and construction of machines and equipment used across various industries, including food and pharmaceutical.

Your role

In this position, you will be responsible for software-related tasks.

You will work according to the applicable quality procedures and the most efficient principles in terms of cost, quality, and planning.

Your responsibilities include:

• Implementing, testing, installing, and maintaining software
• Preparing software validation documentation
• Acting as the internal and external point of contact for software-related questions concerning projects

Jouw profiel

What you bring

• At least a Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Software Engineering, or equivalent through experience
• 10+ years of experience in automation and software development
• Strong knowledge of TIA Portal
• Experience programming in SCL, STL, and LAD
• Experience with SQL and .NET
• Experience with Schneider drives is considered an advantage
• Fluent in English; knowledge of Dutch is a plus
• You live within a 45-minute driving distance from Halle
