As a true boutique ambassador, you work closely with the manager and your team to deliver a refined, warm, and memorable experience to every customer.

• Welcome, advise, and serve customers with elegance and professionalism.
• Contribute to achieving sales targets and suggest actions to boost performance.
• Ensure impeccable product presentation, stock replenishment, and overall store maintenance.
• Handle cash register operations and ensure accurate closing procedures.

Jouw profiel

• Previous experience in a similar role, ideally in a premium retail environment.
• Impeccable presentation and a genuine passion for customer experience.
• Fluent in French and English; knowledge of Dutch or other languages is a plus.
• Flexible and available between 7 a.m. and 7 p.m., including weekends (20-30 hours per week).
• Passionate about chocolate and eager to share your enthusiasm.
