With a strong emphasis on long-term partnerships, they combine financial expertise with deep sector knowledge. Their approach is hands-on and geared toward delivering measurable growth and transformation.
For the Finance Team on Group level they are looking for a Financial Controller.

Beschrijving van de functie

• Prepare and analyse financial statements for the Group and subsidiaries.
• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
• Maintain strong financial controls and reporting processes.
• Provide insights on performance, trends and key KPIs.
• Support Group consolidation in line with accounting standards.
• Coordinate with local finance teams and accountants.
• Identify financial risks and improvement opportunities.
• Support annual budgeting and regular forecasting cycles.
• Perform variance analysis versus budget and forecast.
• Assist audits, regulatory compliance and process improvements.

Jouw profiel

• Master's degree in Finance with 4+ years of relevant experience (accounting, reporting, consolidation)
• Fluent in English and French or Dutch (additional languages are a plus)
• Strong MS Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Analytical and problem-solving mindset
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Proactive, hands-on attitude
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
