You combine strategic financial analysis with operational accuracy. You take ownership of your financial domain and work in a considered manner with a strong focus on continuous improvement. You're a key figure in the organisation's financial operation: You act as a financial sparring partner for the management team and support them in drawing up and managing their budgets. You develop and refine periodic forecasts, budgets, reports and dashboards. You translate figures into clear insights and work with other units to gather the necessary input and information. You help determine which KPIs are relevant and how they should be followed up. You represent DNS Belgium in an international working group focused on the financial benchmarking of registry services. You have the opportunity to build, improve and innovate: You identify optimisations within financial processes and translate improvements into practice. You're given the freedom to introduce new tools, methods or automations. You work within clear security and compliance frameworks, with the freedom to experiment within those frameworks. You take responsibility for the day-to-day financial operations You monitor the monthly and annual close processes in close collaboration with the accounting team. You manage the cash flow and fixed term accounts to ensure a healthy financial operation. You lead the external financial audit and help ensure compliance with fiscal and legal obligations. You report to the People & Business Services unit Lead.

Jouw profiel

About you You hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in finance, economics or a related field. You have at least three years of experience in a financial role and are motivated to continue developing within Finance and Accounting. You communicate clearly and enjoy working with colleagues across different units. You have a strong knowledge of accounting principles, combined with a strong analytical ability to critically interpret financial information. You are proficient in Excel and financial tools. Experience with Odoo is an asset. You enjoy converting analyses into tangible improvements and more efficient ways of working. What makes this job unique You're given a high degree of autonomy to help shape processes, reporting and insights. Your analyses have a real impact on strategic choices.
