AI & Automation Lead - Private Equity - Brussels M/V/X

This role is responsible for shaping and executing an AI and automation agenda to drive value creation both within our client and across a portfolio of companies. It combines strategy, hands-on implementation, and business impact.

The position operates across two dimensions:

• Improving internal processes through AI and automation
• Supporting portfolio companies in identifying and delivering AI-driven initiatives

• Define and execute a pragmatic AI roadmap focused on high-impact use cases
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, decision-making, and growth through AI
• Lead end-to-end implementation (from idea to deployment)
• Support investment and leadership teams with AI insights and value creation opportunities
• Drive adoption through training, change management, and integration into workflows
• Build scalable approaches, tools, and best practices deployable across multiple entities
• Tools: Chatgpt, Claude & Firefly

Jouw profiel

• 5+ years of experience in AI, digital, or transformation roles
• Strong understanding of AI, automation, and their business applications
• Ability to combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution
• Proven track record of delivering tangible business impact
• Entrepreneurial, proactive, and comfortable working in ambiguous environments
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Fluent in English
