To support the company's continued growth, Plastipak is looking to recruit a Key Account Manager for its site in Luxembourg.

As a Key Account Manager, you will be the key point of contact between Plastipak and customers within the PET preform segment across the Benelux and DACH regions. Your role is both relationship-driven, strategic, and commercially focused. It involves understanding customer needs, coordinating internal projects, and identifying new business opportunities. Your key responsibilities: Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers (forecasts, QA/service-related matters, administration, and commercial follow-up) Identify new business opportunities across the Benelux region and Germany Handle RFQs related to new projects, contract renewals, or additional business activities In collaboration with the Sales Administration team, update and review price lists on a quarterly basis Contribute to the development of business plans and the monitoring of commercial objectives Act as a proactive advisor to customers and communicate market needs internally Develop new accounts through your understanding of the local market Team & Management You will join an ambitious and dynamic Sales team of 6 people based across Luxembourg, Germany, and Belgium. On a daily basis, you will work closely with Jorg and report directly to Ludovic, Sales Director for Luxembourg and the DACH region. Ludovic has been with Plastipak for more than 15 years. His management style is based on trust, autonomy, leading by example, and adapting to each employee's personality. Jouw profiel
Education & Technical Skills Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field Minimum 5 years of experience in a B2B sales role Fluent German and English skills are essential; French is considered an asset Knowledge of the plastics or industrial sector is a plus Strong IT skills Experience with SAP and CRM systems Soft Skills & Personality Customer-oriented: you build trust and develop long-lasting client relationships Strong communication skills: you adapt yourself to your audience and communicate your ideas in a constructive, impactful, and respectful way Solution-oriented: you bring ideas, challenge the status quo, and continuously seek the best solutions for your customers Humble: you are open to self-reflect, with a strong willingness to learn and to contribute sustainably to Plastipak's long-term development.
