Mission

You will contribute to the management, optimization, and evolution of the digital workplace environment, with a strong focus on Google Workspace technologies.
The position combines operational support, project work, automation, and stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities

Workplace Management & Administration

• Configure, administer, and optimize workplace technologies and associated platforms.
• Manage Google Workspace environments and related services.
• Administer Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions.

Support & Operations

• Provide 2nd and 3rd line support for workplace-related incidents and requests.
• Monitor system performance and proactively identify potential issues.
• Ensure operational stability and service continuity.

Projects & Integrations

• Participate in workplace transformation and deployment projects.
• Collaborate with architects, developers, and infrastructure teams on integration initiatives.
• Contribute to the implementation of new digital workplace solutions.

Security & Compliance

• Work closely with security teams to ensure compliance with internal standards.
• Support patch management and security-related initiatives.
• Contribute to maintaining a secure digital workplace environment.

 

Technical Requirements

Mandatory:

• Strong experience with Google Workspace administration
• Experience with Mobile Device Management (MDM)
• Experience supporting enterprise workplace environments
• Scripting and automation capabilities

Nice to Have:

• FACM experience
• Telephony systems knowledge
• Retail sector experience

Profile

Experience

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Workplace Engineering, or a similar role
• Strong experience with Google Workspace administration

Languages

• Professional proficiency in English
• French and/or Dutch is considered a strong asset
