For one of our clients in the banking sector, I'm looking for an experienced Functional Analyst to support teams working on digital journeys (web & mobile).
 
Context: You'll be involved in key digital banking topics such as:

• Payments (instant, mobile, QR, etc.)
• Cards & tokenization (Apple Pay, etc.)
• Onboarding & KYC processes
• End-to-end digital customer journeys

Your role:

• Translate business needs into functional specifications
• Write user stories (Jira) and support Agile squads
• Collaborate with Product Owners, developers, architects, and testers
• Work in environments involving APIs and data

Profile:

• +5 years' experience as a Functional / Business Analyst
• Strong background in digital banking
• Comfortable with UML, SQL, APIs, Jira/Confluence
• Fluent in English + French or Dutch
