The successful candidate will have the following qualities: At least 5 years of commercial experience Proven experience managing teams Strong sales mindset Experience in B2B direct sales environments Affinity with construction sector is a plus Strong coaching capabilities Resilient, ambitious, transparent, and hands-on Analytical, structured, and result-oriented Excellent communication skills Fluent in Dutch, English - French is a strong assetTaalvaardigheden
