Your mission

Our OEM Sales team, composed of about 40 employees, located on the Braine-l'Alleud site, is currently looking for a Key Account Manager to strengthen its team.

What you'll be doing

As a Key Account Manager, you'll be the strategic link between Aisin Corporation and a major European OEM. You'll lead negotiations, coordinate cross-functional projects, and ensure customer satisfaction remains top-tier; all while driving business growth and innovation.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading commercial negotiations aligned with Aisin's business strategy
  • Translating customer needs into actionable insights for internal teams
  • Managing and coordinating automotive projects
  • Monitoring customer KPIs and driving improvement plans
  • Preparing accurate sales forecasts and budgets
  • Coaching and developing a Key Account Coordinator
  • Continuously learning and participating in internal/external training

Jouw profiel

Must-Haves:

  • University degree (preferably in business/sales)
  • Solid experience in OEM Sales (5+ years)
  • Strong negotiation and project coordination skills
  • Fluent in English
  • Detail-oriented and organized
  • Willingness to travel occasionally

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Working knowledge of French
  • Advanced Excel skills; proficiency in PowerPoint, Word & Outlook
