As a Chef de Partie, you will have the opportunity to work alongside one of the greatest chefs on the Belgian culinary scene, Christophe Hardiquest, and contribute to a truly unique gastronomic experience.

You will be responsible for a specific section of the kitchen, ensuring the flawless execution of dishes while maintaining the excellence and innovation that define his cuisine.

Main Responsibilities:

• Ensure mise en place, preparation, and service of dishes with precision and creativity.
• Work closely with Chef Christophe Hardiquest and his team to deliver an exceptional culinary experience.
• Maintain the highest quality and freshness of ingredients, in line with the Chef's philosophy of authenticity and purity of flavors.
• Strictly follow hygiene and food safety regulations (HACCP).
• Contribute to culinary innovation by exploring new techniques and flavor combinations.
• Train and mentor commis chefs and apprentices, sharing the expertise of high-level gastronomy.

• Proven experience as a Chef de Partie
• Passion for cuisine and an eye for detail.
• Perfect command of culinary techniques and cooking methods.
• Ability to work under pressure while maintaining the highest standards.
