Beschrijving van de functie

As an Order Management Specialist, you will be responsible for managing customer orders from entry to delivery, ensuring accuracy, smooth coordination, and excellent customer communication.

Tasks:

• Process and manage customer orders from order entry to final delivery
• Check pricing, product availability, lead times, and delivery conditions
• Communicate with customers regarding order status, delays, and shipment details
• Coordinate with logistics, supply chain, warehouse, and sales teams
• Handle order changes, cancellations, returns, and delivery issues
• Maintain accurate data in ERP systems (SAP or similar)
• Support invoicing checks and administrative follow-up
• Prepare reports and contribute to process improvements

Jouw profiel

• Experience in order management, customer service, or a similar role is a plus, not a must
• Junior profiles with relevant studies (e.g., Business, Logistics, Administration) and ERP/SAP knowledge are also encouraged to apply
• Strong communication skills in Dutch and English
• Customer-focused mindset with a proactive, solution-oriented approach
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to work with deadlines and manage multiple priorities
• Good command of MS Office; ERP experience (SAP) is a strong asset
