We're looking for a versatile and service-minded Operations & Customer Support Coordinator to strengthen a small, friendly team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys variety, takes ownership, and likes combining customer interaction with practical and administrative tasks.In this position, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations. Your tasks will include:

• Handling incoming customer inquiries regarding orders, deliveries, and general support
• Managing the full return process: arranging pick-ups, receiving and checking returned items, issuing credit notes, and coordinating internal follow-up
• Preparing and organizing materials needed for external or internal activities
• Coordinating after-sales service for products requiring repair: sending items to service partners, tracking progress, and ensuring timely return to customers
• Supporting the team with various operational and administrative tasks

Jouw profiel

A successful Operations & Customer Support Coordinator should have:

• You are customer-oriented, friendly, and comfortable communicating by phone
• You speak Dutch fluently and have a very good command of French
• You are organized, structured, and able to manage your time efficiently
• You enjoy teamwork and are flexible and proactive
• You have good knowledge of Word and Excel
