Beschrijving van de functie

Business Development

• Identify new market opportunities through analysis, trend detection and competitive insights.
• Propose and execute growth strategies tailored to the region.
• Work closely with product teams to launch and promote new solutions aligned with customer needs.

Customer Relationship Management

• Maintain regular and personalized follow-up with existing clients.
• Conduct frequent field visits to understand customer requirements and strengthen loyalty.
• Deliver presentations and lead meetings to promote the company's products and services.

Tender Management

• Identify relevant RFPs and coordinate submissions together with internal teams.
• Collaborate with a dedicated expert for administrative and legal aspects of tender responses.
• Monitor submissions, negotiations and follow-up to maximize win rates.

Jouw profiel

Languages

• French and Dutch speaking
• Good command of English

Experience & Skills

• Experience in the automotive or mobility sector is a plus.
• Strong in both hunting (prospection) and farming (account management).
• Excellent communication skills, proactive mindset and strong results orientation.
