Your ResponsibilitiesCustomer Service & Relationship Management
- Serve as a trusted contact for customers in Dutch, English, and French.
- Handle inquiries related to products, orders, pricing, availability, and delivery.
- Ensure a smooth customer experience by proactively communicating updates and resolving issues.
Sales Support & Operational Coordination
- Prepare and process quotations, orders, and customer documentation.
- Support the sales team with administrative tasks and commercial follow-up.
- Coordinate with logistics, planning, and technical teams to ensure timely execution.
- Monitor open orders, delays, and customer requests, taking initiative to solve bottlenecks.
Sales Analysis & Reporting
- Prepare sales reports, dashboards, and performance analyses to support strategic decisions.
- Track KPIs such as order volumes, customer trends, delivery performance, and margin evolution.
- Identify patterns, risks, and opportunities and present insights to management.
- Support forecasting, budgeting, and pipeline analysis.
- Contribute to process improvements based on data-driven insights.
Jouw profiel
- You speak Dutch, English, and French fluently.
- You have several years of experience in customer service, sales support, or order management, ideally in an international or technical environment.
- You have strong analytical skills and enjoy working with data, reports, and KPIs.
- You're comfortable with Excel and digital tools; experience with ERP/CRM systems (SAP, Dynamics, Navision.) is a plus.
- You're organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
- You communicate clearly and professionally with customers and colleagues.
- You're proactive, solution-oriented, and ready to take ownership in a mid-management role.
- You enjoy working in a collaborative environment and supporting continuous improvement.
