Job Overview
 
Lead the next generation of a time tracking solution by defining a clear vision, structuring the product strategy, managing the backlog, and coordinating with stakeholders to deliver modern, integrated features."
 
Key Responsibilities

• Own the product vision and drive the expansion and evolution of the time tracking system.
• Facilitate collaboration between development teams and stakeholders using Scrum or Kanban methodologies.
• Analyze user needs, customer processes, and legal requirements to inform product strategy and roadmap.
• Prioritize features, manage and refine the product backlog, and ensure clear, actionable backlog items.
• Coordinate breakdown of backlog items and oversee integrations with external partners and new requirements.
• Monitor product quality through active testing and guide the team to deliver high-standard releases.
