Beschrijving van de functie

Looking to join a dynamic international company in Brussels and take on a stimulating IT role with real impact? We are looking for an IT Support Analyst to provide key technical support to our global teams and work closely with our US-based IT department.

  • Serve as the first point of contact for IT support requests via ticketing system, email, chat, and phone
  • Resolve Tier 1 technical issues independently and assist with Tier 2 support
  • Manage employee onboarding and offboarding, including hardware deployment and system access configuration
  • Perform basic system administration tasks such as user and group management in Active Directory and Entra
  • Assist with patch management and maintenance for endpoints and approved applications
  • Conduct account audits and access reviews
  • Identify and resolve technical issues related to software applications, workstations, servers, and network systems
  • Support infrastructure and platform teams during system upgrades, deployments, and maintenance windows
  • Maintain clear documentation of IT procedures and troubleshooting steps
  • Provide guidance and training to end users to help them become more self-sufficient with company technologies

Jouw profiel

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support, service desk, or technical support roles
  • Hands-on experience with : Windows operating systems, Microsoft 365 administration, Active Directory / Entra fundamentals
  • Knowledge of Linux or macOS is considered a plus
  • Strong technical troubleshooting skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to follow and enforce IT processes and security guidelines
  • Fluent English is mandatory (daily interaction with US teams)
  • Associate degree or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
    or equivalent relevant professional experience.
