Beschrijving van de functie
For our client, we are looking for a Senior Administrative Assistant.
You will be responsible for:
Organise and coordinate internal and external meetings, including scheduling and logistical arrangements.
Handle administrative processes such as creating purchase orders, managing payment procedures, processing expense claims, and checking invoices.
Prepare and update progress or status reports for the team.
Help establish and maintain clear operational procedures and administrative standards.
Jouw profiel
You have an excellent command of English, which is the main working language.
Business-level knowledge of Japanese is considered a strong advantage, as there is regular contact with colleagues based in Japan.
Comfortable communicating with external partners such as group companies, suppliers, motorsport teams, and drivers.
Able to prepare documents and reports that support daily operations and project follow-up.
You have an open and proactive mindset and are willing to take responsibility for your tasks.
Strong communication skills that allow you to build alignment with stakeholders and present information in a clear and structured way.
Flexible and capable of managing a variety of administrative tasks.
Experience with Oracle is a plus.
Good analytical thinking and strong organisational skills.
