Jouw profiel
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field Proven experience as an HR Manager or in a similar senior HR role Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices Experience working with HR systems and recruitment tools Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to build trust and influence at all levels of the organization Strategic thinking with a hands-on, pragmatic approach Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills High level of confidentiality and professionalism Fluent in English + French or DutchTaalvaardigheden
