• Drive the identification of promising retail sites by continuously scanning assigned regions and nurturing a robust pipeline of potential openings
• Conduct in-depth evaluations of each proposed location, including commercial viability, customer accessibility, layout potential, and preliminary financial projections
• Lead all negotiations with landlords, developers, and external partners to secure lease terms, technical specifications, and commercial conditions that align with expansion objectives
• Serve as the central coordinator for internal stakeholders
• Prepare and deliver compelling internal presentations that summarize opportunities, financial impact, and strategic relevance, enabling effective decision-making within the organizationCultivate and expand professional relationships with municipalities, project developers, brokers, and other key market actors to secure long-term sourcing channels
• Provide clear direction and coaching to team members, supporting their performance growth, daily priorities, and professional development
• Monitor market activity, competitor developments, and macro trends to anticipate opportunities and shape the country's expansion roadmap
• Identify inefficiencies or improvement opportunities within the real estate and expansion processes, and propose optimizations to increase speed, clarity, and operational quality

• Knowledge of Retail Real Estate is a must
