Role Description

 The Reservations Agent is responsible for actively converting enquiries into confirmed business, whilst providing an exceptional call experience to all callers. The Agent's demeanour should reflect the quality of the hotel to our potential guests and callers. A positive, professional attitude, knowledge of the hotel and a strong attention to detail are traits which our agents are required to have. 

Qualifications

•  Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills

• Experience in reservations and/or customer service

• Strong attention to detail and organization skills

• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment

• Fluent in written & spoken English (required). French and/or Dutch is a plus.

• Knowledge of hotel booking systems is a plus

• Focused on providing consistently high standards of customer service
