Beschrijving van de functie

Common responsibilities across all levels:

• Support compliance with DORA through monitoring, reporting, and control maintenance
• Assist with ICT risk assessments, incident response, and business continuity planning
• Prepare regulatory reports and maintain audit evidence
• Track regulatory developments and advise business and IT teams
• Contribute to training, workshops, and awareness programs

Senior Consultant-specific responsibilities:

• Lead DORA gap assessments, readiness reviews, and compliance projects
• Design and implement ICT risk management frameworks aligned with DORA
• Manage client engagements and liaise with regulators and stakeholders
• Mentor junior team members and drive knowledge sharing
• Oversee audit responses and regulatory reporting

Compliance Specialist-specific responsibilities:

• Maintain and update DORA-related policies, procedures, and control documentation
• Coordinate internal and external audits and collect evidence
• Support incident response and post-incident regulatory reporting
• Ensure ongoing adherence to regulatory standards across ICT, risk, and business units

Junior Consultant-specific responsibilities:

• Assist with mapping and documenting ICT processes and controls
• Support risk assessments and gap analyses under senior guidance
• Collect, organize, and maintain evidence for audits and reporting
• Help prepare training materials and track remediation actions

Jouw profiel

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Law, Information Security, Risk Management, Compliance, IT, or related field
• Junior: 0-2 years (including internships)
• Specialist: 3+ years in compliance, risk management, or ICT audit
• Senior: 5+ years in regulatory compliance, ICT risk, or operational resilience
• Understanding of DORA and related regulatory frameworks (EBA/ESMA/EIOPA)
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Attention to detail and ability to document processes and controls
• Proactive, collaborative, and eager to learn (Junior); capable of leading projects and mentoring (Senior)
• Preferred for senior roles: certifications such as CISA, CISM, CRISC, or ISO 27001 Lead Implementer
