Do you have experience in a customer/technical support environment? Are you open for a temporary opportunity until december? This job may be the job for you. Our client, a strong player in authentication solutons, is looking for a second-line supporter. 

?The job 

• Deliver knowledgeable, courteous, and responsive customer support.
• Investigate, diagnose, and resolve tickets promptly; verify resolutions with customers.
• Document troubleshooting steps and solutions.
• Escalate major or at-risk incidents to the Incident Manager or 3rd line as needed.
• Attend incident review calls with R&D.
• Develop and maintain product knowledge and share insights with the global support team.
• Protect customer systems and sensitive information.
• To be able to setup a technical working environment where you can test and recreate the issue a customer is facing. You need to be able to document the steps taken.?

Jouw profiel

• fluent knowledge of English
• 1 - 2 years experience or a bachelor in IT 
• ?hands-on experience/knowledge with managing Mobile  Applications
