For our client, a leading international industrial company, we are seeking an experienced Program Manager.

As the driving force behind these programs, you will be responsible for their successful execution from launch through final delivery, ensuring that quality, cost, schedule, and overall performance objectives are consistently achieved.

Key responsibilities:
- Lead the overall management of assigned programs, ensuring compliance with contractual commitments, budgets, schedules, and quality requirements.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, ensuring effective collaboration between Engineering, Production, Supply Chain, Quality, Finance, and other relevant departments.
- Act as the primary customer interface, ensuring contractual commitments are met and fostering strong, long-term business relationships.
- Manage the financial performance of programs, including budget control, cost monitoring, profitability analysis, and KPI tracking.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate operational, technical, and financial risks through effective risk management strategies.
- Organize program reviews, provide regular reporting to senior management, and maintain clear visibility on program progress, deliverables, and key milestones.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities to optimize processes and enhance overall program performance.

Jouw profiel

Your profile:
- Master's degree in engineering, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a similar role and/or in project or program management, ideally within the aerospace, space, automotive, or other high-technology industries.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Solid understanding of technical environments and the ability to translate technical challenges into business-oriented solutions.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships while collaborating effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proactive, autonomous, customer-focused, and a strong team player.
- Excellent command of English, with knowledge of Dutch and/or French.
