Your future projects :

Like Morgane, Functional Analyst at Cream, you act as a bridge between business and IT teams within the banking sector. You translate business needs into functional specifications for digital platforms such as mobile applications, AI solutions or e-commerce tools. Your projects may relate to payments, credit or compliance for example.
Your tasks will be :

• Understand and translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications
• Act as the link between business stakeholders and IT teams
• Follow up with technical analysts, designers and developers
• Describe test scenarios, prepare test data and coordinate test execution with the Test Coordinator
• Analyse results and propose corrective actions where needed
• Ensure consistency and quality of deliverables throughout the project lifecycle
• Dive into technical aspects when necessary
• Work closely with business teams to ensure the delivered solution meets their expectations

 

What do we expect from our Consultant ?

• You have proven experience in Functional Analysis in the banking sector
• Very good knowledge of analysis tools and methodologies (UML, RUP, ARIS, Visio, Enterprise Architect, Jira, ...)
• You can meet project deadlines and provide high quality deliverables
• You have strong communication skills and analytical skills
• You are fluent in French and English, a good knowledge of Dutch is also required
