Beschrijving van de functie

• Lead the end-to-end implementation of a non-financial risk framework
• Build and structure a comprehensive risk inventory across functions
• Design and deploy robust control frameworks aligned with best practices
• Align risk activities with enterprise risk appetite and business strategy
• Collaborate with first and second line functions to strengthen risk ownership
• Facilitate workshops and guide stakeholders on risk identification and mitigation
• Integrate risk considerations into decision-making and operational processes
• Monitor key risk indicators and ensure timely reporting to senior stakeholders
• Support ongoing improvements based on evolving regulatory and risk environments
• Contribute to embedding a strong risk culture across the organization

Jouw profiel

• 2-4 years of experience in non-financial or operational risk
• Hands-on experience delivering risk framework implementation projects
• Solid background in banking or financial services
• Strong understanding of risk appetite, controls, and governance models
• Familiarity with "Three Lines of Defense" and risk ownership principles [SMBC risk framework | PDF]
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities
• Ability to engage stakeholders across multiple levels
• Autonomous, proactive, and results-driven approach
• Fluent in English
