Our client, a fast-growing tech company specializing in connected mobility solutions, is looking for a Backend Java Developer.

The company develops advanced software platforms that enable real-time data exchange between vehicles, systems, and users.

Operating on an international scale, they partner with key actors in the transport and logistics ecosystem.

Their Belgian office, located in Leuven, offers a collaborative and innovation-driven environment with a strong technical culture.

As a Backend Java Developer, you will join a team of engineers and product experts working on scalable and high-performance applications.

You will be responsible for building and improving backend services that support complex data flows and mission-critical operations.

This position involves end-to-end ownership: from technical design and architecture to development, testing, deployment, and ongoing improvements.

Jouw profiel

• You have at least 5 years of experience in Java development
• You hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT or Computer Science
• Tech stack: Java, Spring/Spring Boot, REST APIs, SQL
• Experience with microservices architecture is a strong plus
• French: native / English: fluent
• You are comfortable working in agile environments and taking ownership of your work
