As a Junior Network Support, you'll be at the heart of the network operations, ensuring high performance, reliability, and security across our mobile and IP infrastructure. If you enjoy solving complex technical challenges and collaborating with talented teams worldwide, this role is for you!

• Network Operations & Support: Monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain 4G/5G and IP network infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and minimal downtime.
• Cisco Systems Management: Configure, maintain, and optimize Cisco routers, switches, and firewalls across the network.
• Incident & Problem Management: Rapidly diagnose and resolve network issues, collaborating with cross-functional teams for root cause analysis and solutions.
• Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate network documentation and provide regular performance reports to management.
• Continuous Improvement: Support network upgrades, optimizations, and automation initiatives to enhance scalability and security.

Jouw profiel

• Experience: Minimum 1 year in network support or operations, with strong expertise in4G/5G, IP networking, and Cisco technologies. OR Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, or a related field.
• Skills: Analytical, problem-solving, and excellent communication skills. Ability to work in aninternational, multi-site environment.
• Certifications(optional but a plus): CCNA, CCNP, or other Cisco/networking certifications.
