As a Recruitment Consultant your responsibilities are:

• Managing end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing candidates to onboarding.
• Building and maintaining relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs.
• Creating and posting job advertisements to attract top talent.
• Screening and interviewing candidates to assess their suitability for roles.
• Providing expert advice to clients on market trends and recruitment strategies.
• Maintaining accurate records of recruitment activities and candidate information.
• Collaborating with internal teams to meet targets and deliver excellent service.
• Ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Jouw profiel

A successful Recruitment Consultant should have:

• A bachelor or master degree
• Previous experience in recruitment is a must have
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A proactive and results-driven approach to achieving targets.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Fluency in English, French and Dutch
