Then this company in Machelen will be interested in you!  You will work in an international environment and play a key role in documenting technical processes and supporting administrative operations.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain manuals, work instructions, and playbooks for technical support equipment used in hospital environments.
• Analyze technical documentation and translate complex information into clear and user-friendly procedures.
• Ensure all documentation complies with internal quality standards and operational requirements.
• Provide general administrative support to the engineering and operations teams.
• Manage and update data in SAP and other internal systems.
• Support process improvement initiatives through accurate documentation and reporting.
• Collaborate with international stakeholders across different departments.

Jouw profiel

To be the ideal match for this position, it is important that you posses the following:

• Fluent in English is a must
• Strong technical writing and documentation skills.
• Experience with SAP is considered a strong asset but not a necessity
• Educational background as an Electrician or equivalent hands-on experience in electrical engineering.
• Comfortable working in an international and multicultural environment.
• Valid Belgian working permit
