For our client, Atlas Copco Group, we are looking for a driven Communication Officer to shape the internal communication of a global transformation. In this temporary role, covering a maternity leave until the end of 2026, you will facilitate the flow of information surrounding the international GEMS program. You will join an international environment where you turn complex subject matter into engaging and accessible messages for diverse teams. • You have strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and you flawlessly adapt your message to different target audiences.
• You show strong coordination skills and take a proactive approach to planning and follow-up.
• You bring positive energy and actively share ideas to enhance existing communication strategies.
• You speak and write fluently in English (knowledge of additional languages is a highly valued asset).
• You are proficient in office applications such as PowerPoint, Copilot, SharePoint, and Forms.

As a representative of the GEMS Business Engagement team, you will work closely with roll-out managers, process experts, and local communication specialists in the various countries.

• You create and maintain clear communication plans for the global roll-out of the project.
• You facilitate and lead communication meetings with the international teams.
• You design, write, and coordinate the monthly newsletters.
• You compile comprehensive communication packages and ensure smooth, timely distribution.
• You manage the information flow surrounding crucial milestones within the program.
• You develop specific visual and textual materials, including videos, surveys, and presentations via Sway.
• You support the team in correctly and consistently applying the Atlas Copco brand identity.
