Medior/Senior Functional Analyst - (Insurance domain) M/V/X

TMC is looking for multiple experienced IT Functional Analysts to join a dynamic IT environment responsible for the development and maintenance of business-critical applications. You will act as the bridge between business stakeholders and IT teams, translating functional requirements into clear and structured solutions while ensuring alignment with business objectives. The role offers the opportunity to work within a large-scale enterprise environment undergoing continuous digital evolution and modernization.

Jouw profiel

The ideal candidates have at least 4 years of experience (of which at least 2 years as a Functional Analyst), preferably within the insurance sector, and is comfortable engaging directly with business stakeholders. Experience with underwriting processes in Non-Life insurance is highly valued, while exposure to claims management, document management, SQL, project methodologies (Prince2), and test management practices (TMAP) is considered an asset. Strong analytical thinking, excellent communication skills, a structured approach, and a customer-oriented mindset are essential for success in this role.

As part of the team, you will be responsible for analysing business needs, designing functional solutions, preparing and executing integration tests, validating deliverables, and supporting the implementation of new functionalities. You will collaborate closely with developers, technical analysts, project managers, and business representatives to ensure high-quality solutions that meet user expectations. This is a long-term assignment based in the Brussels region, offering a hybrid working model with a combination of on-site presence and remote work. We are looking for people who master at least 1 national language, and English.
