We are looking for anAI Integration Analystto accelerate the adoption of Artificial Intelligence across the organization. In this role, you will identify high-value AI opportunities, translate business needs into practical implementation plans, and support the successful deployment and adoption of AI solutions.

AI Innovation Specialist - What's the job about ?

• Identify and prioritizeAI use cases through workshops with business and IT stakeholders.
• Translate business needsinto practical AI and automation solutions with measurable impact.
• Coordinate and supportthe implementation and integration of AI initiatives across the organization.
• Promote AI adoptionthrough communication, training, and user support, with a focus on Agentic AI.
• Collaboratewith Security, Compliance, and international teams to ensure secure and compliant AI solutions.
• Drive AI maturityby contributing to capability building and continuous improvement initiatives.

AI Innovation Specialist - Who Are You ?

• Experience inAI,digital transformation, project management or process improvement, ideally within a regulated environment.
• Strong understanding ofGenerative AI,Agentic AI, and their practical business applications.
• Knowledge ofAPIs, data flows, and system integration concepts.
• Experience supportingchange management, user adoption, training, and stakeholder engagement.
• Good understanding ofsecurity, compliance, and governance considerations related to AI solutions.
• Fluent inDutchandEnglish; French is considered an advantage.
