Your Mission:
You lead a Practice within our Delivery organization, ensuring exceptional client engagment, high-quality delivery and strong team development.
You act as a trusted partner for clients, a coach for your team and a driver of business growth.

What you'll do:

• Lead & grow talent
  Recruit, onboard, and develop top talent
  Coach team leads, SME's and consultants to reach their full potential
  Drive performance, engagement, and career development
  Manage resourcing, utilization, and bench efficiently
• Drive client excellence
  Build strong, long-term client relationships
  Ensure delivery excellence and high customer satisfaction
  Act as a escalation point for complex delivery challenges
  Lead client workshops, define needs, and shape solutions
• Own delivery & performance
  Oversee end-to-end technical service delivery
  Ensure quality, efficiency and continuous improvement
  Manage scope, risks, KPI's, and service performance
  Contribute directly to client-facing, billable activities
• Grow your practice
  Identify opportunities to expand your practice scope
  Contribute to business growth and capability development
  Support presales, bids, and solution design
  Help build innovative solutions and offerings
• Be an Akkodis Ambassador
  Promote Akkodis
  Engage in tech communities and innovation initiatives
  Collaborate across teams and business units
  Drive a strong, performance-driven and inclusive culture

Jouw profiel

What you bring:
Proven experience in team leadership within engineering or tech consultancy
Strong background in service delivery, project management, and client engagement
Experience in presales, bid management, and solutions development
Ability to manage complex stakeholders and strategic accounts
Strong communication skills in a multilangual environment, you are able to speak and write in French, English and Dutch
Solid understanding of contract delivery, KPI's, and service performance
A natural leader who inspires, challenges, and develops people
