• Lead the commercial development of Medium Voltage business across Belgium and the BENELUX region.
• Combine technical expertise, business development, and market strategy to support the growth of a new business activity.

• Our client is a well-established Belgian industrial SME operating in the electrical equipment and energy infrastructure sector, delivering innovative solutions for power distribution and electrical installations.
• Combining the agility of a local entrepreneur-driven organization with an international business exposure, the company serves utility, infrastructure, and industrial customers across Belgium and European markets.

Develop and execute the commercial strategy for Medium Voltage and electrical distribution solutions in Belgium and BENELUX. Identify new business opportunities and build long-term relationships with key stakeholders including utilities, electrical contractors, engineering firms, panel builders, and industrial customers. Promote and develop the portfolio of Medium Voltage equipment and power distribution solutions. Act as a trusted technical advisor, supporting customers in product selection, applications, and industry requirements. Monitor market developments, industry trends, and competitive activities to identify growth opportunities. Collaborate closely with internal Sales, Engineering, Operations, and Management teams to drive business performance and support future business unit development.

Jouw profiel

Master's degree or equivalent experience in Electrical Engineering, Electromechanics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. Proven experience in technical sales, business development, or BU management (P&L management) within the electrical distribution sector. Strong knowledge of Medium Voltage, Low Voltage, power distribution equipment, switchgear, MCCBs, RMUs, DSO or related electrical solutions. Commercially driven with the ability to build relationships and develop new business opportunities. Fluent in French and Dutch, with a professional command of English.
