At Bier Central Brussels, we don't just serve food and beer. We serve Belgian beer culture, great stories, unforgettable evenings and one hell of a good time.

And we're looking for someone who knows how to SELL that experience.

Not the type who waits in the corner hoping customers magically walk through the door. We want the person who makes them walk through the door.

Your main focus is simple: Attract. Convince. Recommend. Sell. Entertain. Repeat.

You'll be one of the faces of Bier Central Brussels and use your personality, enthusiasm and sales skills to turn curious passers-by into happy customers.

Jouw profiel

You don't necessarily need to know every Belgian beer by heart on Day 1. We can teach you beer.

Personality and sales instinct are much harder to teach.

You're someone who:

• Loves talking to people
• Has a natural talent for sales and persuasion
• Is outgoing, energetic and confident
• Isn't afraid to approach complete strangers
• Is interested in beer, food and hospitality
• Loves discovering what customers want and recommending the perfect choice
• Is a genuine team player
• Is willing to learn about our beers, dishes and beer pairings
• Is available evenings and weekends
• Is comfortable working approximately 40 to 45 hours per week
• Wants to grow together with the company
