Our client is an international organisation active in the events and live entertainment industry, with operations across Europe and a global headquarters in the United States. The Belgian team supports clients with ticketing, event delivery and field IT, working within a broader EMEA operational structure.

Beschrijving van de functie

As a Freelance Ticketing Manager your responsibilities are:

• Lead and structure a team of 6-7 event programmers in Belgium ;
• Act as the main point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders ;
• Oversee programming and configuration of client ticketing platforms ;
• Manage event setup including pricing, sales windows, dates, seat maps and inventory ;
• Monitor team KPIs, performance and service quality ;
• Analyse operational issues and identify long-term solutions and improvements ;
• Support the team in decision-making, prioritisation and reaching clear outcomes ;
• Contribute to the ongoing restructuring and development of the Belgian operation ;

Jouw profiel

A successful Freelance Ticketing Manager should have:

• Proven experience in people management and team leadership, ideally in a complex or changing environment ;
• High emotional intelligence, with the ability to understand different personalities, motivations and team dynamics ;
• Strong coaching and communication skills, combined with the ability to provide clear direction ;
• Experienced in stabilising teams, managing change and rebuilding engagement ;
• Calm, approachable and confident when dealing with challenging situations ;
• Strong stakeholder and client management capabilities ;
• KPI-driven and performance-oriented, with a structured approach to operational management ;
• Experience with ticketing systems, event technology or technical platforms is a strong plus ;
• Fluent in English ;
