Our partner is a national firmoperating in a highly regulated environment. As their IT landscape continues to evolve, they are looking for anIT Managerwho can take ownership of both the people and the technology behind it.

This is not a role where you simply manage from the sidelines. You'll be equally comfortableleading the Support team, getting hands-on with IT projects, working with external partners and sitting down with the businessto turn their needs into practical IT solutions.

• Lead & developthe internal Support team, providing guidance while staying involved in day-to-day IT operations.
• Take ahands-on role in IT projects, contributing to technical implementation rather than only coordinating them.
• Manage the relationship with anexternal infrastructure partner, ensuring smooth collaboration and clear ownership.
• Work closely withbusiness stakeholdersto understand their needs and translate them into realistic IT solutions.
• Take ownership ofDORA-related documentation, processes and requirements, helping keep the IT environment aligned with regulatory expectations.
• Collaborate withother technology teamsto deliver projects and continuously improve the IT environment.

Jouw profiel

• Several years of experience inIT infrastructure, support or IT management, with a strong technical foundation.
• Previous experienceleading or coordinating an IT/support team.
• A genuinelyhands-on mindsetand the ability to understand technical topics in depth.
• Comfortable communicating with bothtechnical teams and business stakeholders.
• Experience working withexternal IT providersand managing technology partnerships.
• Strong organisational and communication skills, with a proactive approach toownership and problem-solving.
