KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Analyse technical requirements and define solutions for new installations.
• Prepare and draft technical specifications.
• Determine location and configuration of new technical installations.
• Request, analyse and compare supplier and subcontractor proposals.
• Coordinate projects and monitor on-site execution.
• Follow up orders, planning, deadlines and project budgets.
• Coordinate and supervise technical subcontractors.
• Ensure compliance with technical specifications, safety and regulations.
• Ensure environmental and noise-related compliance.
• Collaborate with network operators, inspection bodies, engineering offices, public authorities and suppliers.
• Produce clear technical reports, specifications and project documentation.
• Maintain effective communication with internal customers and stakeholders.

Jouw profiel

TOP SKILLS (MUST HAVE) 
¿ Bachelor's degree in Electromechanics, Industrial Electricity, or equivalent.  
¿ Strong knowledge of high-voltage and low-voltage electrical installations.  
¿ Good understanding of AC and DC electrical systems.  
¿ Knowledge of RGIE / AREI electrical regulations.  
¿ Technical knowledge of:  
o High-voltage cabins.  
o Main and distribution switchboards.  
o UPS systems.  
o Rectifiers.  
o Batteries.  
¿ Knowledge of HVAC, including cooling, ventilation and heating requirements.  
¿ Experience or demonstrated capabilities in technical project management.  
¿ Experience coordinating and supervising technical subcontractors.  
¿ Strong focus on safety, quality, deadlines and budget management.  
¿ Driving licence B and willingness to travel frequently between technical sites.  
¿ French mandatory with comprehension of Dutch.  

BONUS SKILLS (NICE TO HAVE) 
¿ Knowledge of lifts/elevators.  
¿ Knowledge of fire detection systems.  
¿ English.  
¿ Experience working with engineering offices, inspection bodies, network operators or 
public authorities.  
¿ Strong command of MS Office tools, including Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote and 
SharePoint.
