Your role

As a Recruitment Consultant, you'll be part of our Interim Management team, working at the intersection of people, business and opportunity.

You'll manage the recruitment process from start to finish, while building long-term relationships with organizations and professionals. No two days are the same: one moment you could develop a new business opportunity, the next you're speaking with an experienced professional about their next career move.

You'll have the opportunity to:

• Build and grow your own network of organizations and professionals within the Interim Management market
• Identify new business opportunities by understanding what organizations need and where you can add value
• Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with business partners
• Search for, assess and connect experienced professionals with the right interim management opportunities
• Manage the recruitment process from first contact through to successful placement
• Arrange interviews and ensure clear, proactive communication throughout the process
• Meet with prospective business partners and deepen existing relationships
• Proactively develop your portfolio through networking, market outreach and business development
• Work closely with your colleagues, sharing market knowledge, ideas and expertise
• Contribute to the success of the wider team while building your own track record

What are we looking for?

We're looking for someone who is commercially minded, ambitious and genuinely interested in people.

You'll bring:

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree combined with at least 5 years of relevant professional experience within operations / finance
• Excellent Dutch and very good English communication skills
• A strong commercial mindset and a genuine drive to achieve results
• An entrepreneurial attitude and the confidence to create and pursue new opportunities
• Strong negotiation skills and a strategic approach
• A natural interest in business, people and the world of work
• A strong team spirit and a collaborative mindset
