As a Freelance Talent Acquisition Specialist your responsibilities are:

• Develop and execute effective talent acquisition strategies to meet hiring goals.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and create job descriptions.
• Source and attract top talent through various channels, including job boards and social media.
• Screen applications and conduct initial candidate interviews.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring teams.
• Provide guidance and support throughout the recruitment process.
• Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and procedures.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the recruitment system.
