You'll be the guardian of data quality making sure the information we rely on is accurate, reliable, and ready to power everything from seamless customer experiences to cutting-edge digital solutions. Think of it as being the detective, the problem-solver, and the strategist all in one, working with teams across the bank to keep our data in top shape.

As a Client Data Quality Analyst, here's what your day could look like:

• Spot the gaps, fix the flaws. You'll design and monitor data quality controls, using dashboards to track how well our systems are performing. 
• Turn data into a strategic advantage. You won't just be fixing problems, you'll be helping us use data smarter. That could mean:
  • Upgrading dashboards so they give clearer, more actionable insights.
  • Documenting metadata so everyone understands what our data means and how to use it.
  • Supporting data certification and joining key committees to ensure we're meeting the highest standards.
  • Sharing your know-how with the wider Data Quality team, so we all keep getting better.
• Be the bridge between data and real-world impact You'll get to know our client data flows and applications inside out, becoming the go-to person. Your work will directly help us improve customer experiences, streamline processes, and stay ahead in a fast-changing industry.

Jouw profiel

YOUR TALENTS AND COMPETENCES

We're looking for someone who:

•  Loves solving puzzles. You see data as more than numbers; it's a story waiting to be uncovered. Experience in data quality analysis (especially in banking) is a big plus.
• Speaks "data" fluently. You understand data lifecycles, governance, and how data drives decisions. You've done analysis that shows real business impact and you're passionate about digital transformation.
• Is tech-savvy (but not a coding genius). You're comfortable with tools like Excel, MS Access, PowerPoint, and Business Objects. If you've worked with Collibra, Ab Initio, Tableau, SQL, or Python, even better, but what matters most is your curiosity and willingness to learn.
• Communicates clearly and collaborates easily. You can explain complex ideas in simple terms (in French, Dutch, or English). You're a team player who enjoys sharing knowledge and learning from others.
• Thrives on challenges. You don't shy away from tricky problems. Instead, you roll up your sleeves, ask the right questions, and push for solutions that actually work.
