Robert Half Talent Solutions is currently looking for a candidate for an Internal Auditor (m/f/x) position. This is a permanent position for a company based in Diegem.

As Internal Auditor, you will join a team of four and work closely with the CEO, contributing to key topics such as professional standards, governance, audit innovation, and evolving risk and control expectations.

As Internal Auditor (m/f/x) you will be responsible for:

• Research and monitor key trends shaping the internal audit profession;
• Create professional content, including articles, technical materials and publications;
• Develop relevant content for webinars, conferences and member events;
• Engage with internal audit communities, from young professionals to Chief Audit Executives;
• Collaborate with experts and volunteers on impactful initiatives;
• Turn insights and ideas into practical resources for the profession.

The required profile for the Internal Auditor (m/f/x) position:

• A first experience in internal/external audit, risk, internal controls or advisory with a strong interest in the future of the profession;
• Strong professional curiosity, writing, and coordination skills;
• Ability to translate technical topics into clear, practical, and relevant insights;
• Structured, proactive, and comfortable working with a broad range of stakeholders, including practitioners, volunteers, and external contributors;
• Good understanding of emerging technologies;
• Collaborative mindset and commitment to high-quality work;
• Excellent knowledge of French with a very good level of English.
