A Luxury boutique is seeking an experienced Store Manager for its boutique on Avenue Louise in Brussels. This strategic location within the Benelux network requires a senior retail leader with a strong focus on premium customer experience, people leadership, and commercial performance.

As Store Manager, you hold full responsibility for results, team leadership, and brand representation. You lead by example and ensure every client interaction reflects the boutique's DNA of elegance, service, and performance.

This role operates in an international context and requires daily professional communication in both English and French. Fluency in both languages, spoken and written, is mandatory.

• Proven recent experience in a senior leadership role within premium or luxury retail
• Fluent command of English and French, both spoken and written, is mandatory
• Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and public holidays when required
• Demonstrated ability to lead, develop, and retain high performing teams
• Strong commercial and analytical mindset with clear ownership of results
• Ability to operate at management level within an international retail organisation

Opening hours (Rue Neuve): 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., Monday to Saturday, and 12:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. on Sundays.
