Are you an experienced treasury professional looking to make a significant impact within a leading international food production environment? This European Treasury Manager opportunity offers the chance to shape treasury strategy, lead key financial initiatives, and collaborate with senior stakeholders across Europe while managing a talented regional team.

As European Treasury Manager, your key responsibilities will include: Manage cash flow, liquidity, and treasury forecasting across Europe. Develop and maintain relationships with banks, lenders, and credit insurers. Oversee banking structures, financing facilities, guarantees, and treasury products. Optimize working capital, credit management, collections, and funding solutions. Monitor and mitigate financial risks, including FX, interest rate, and energy-related exposures. Ensure strong treasury governance, internal controls, and compliance standards. Support strategic financing, ERP, and treasury transformation projects. Lead, coach, and develop the regional treasury team. Partner closely with Finance, Accounting, Tax, Legal, Procurement, Commercial, and Operations teams.

Jouw profiel

About you : You hold a Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. You bring at least 8 years of treasury, corporate finance, or banking experience within an international environment. You have strong expertise in cash management, financing, banking relationships, and financial risk management. You are an excellent communicator and stakeholder manager with strong negotiation skills. You have experience with SAP and/or Treasury Management Systems. You ideally have experience within the food, agriculture, or agribusiness sector. You are fluent in English; Dutch is considered a strong asset.
