Beschrijving van de functie

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of design and construction projects
• Establish and manage project budgets, forecasting, and funding requests
• Build and lead multidisciplinary project teams
• Manage procurement processes for consultants, contractors, and suppliers
• Coordinate internal and external stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
• Monitor project performance, KPIs, reporting, and governance processes
• Lead change management activities and manage project modifications
• Conduct contractor evaluations, tender reviews, and award recommendations

Jouw profiel

• Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, Real Estate, or related discipline
• Minimum 5 years of experience in project management within construction, engineering, real estate, or a related environment
• Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Demonstrated leadership and team management experience
• Fluent in English and French or Dutch
